I didn't start CMB Consults because I wanted to own a business—I started it because I love helping healthcare practices succeed.

After more than 14 years in healthcare, I've seen firsthand how administrative challenges, inefficient workflows, and revenue cycle issues can keep exceptional providers from reaching their full potential.
